"Imagine the ability to create a standing order of Starbucks delivered hot to your desk daily," CEO Howard Schultz said. If you're a member of Starbucks' loyalty program, you'll get first dibs on delivery, and you'll be able to order drinks via a new mobile order and pay app that launches nationwide next year.
Starbucks says the service is still in the early stages of planning, so you might not get this year's PSL or Franken Frappucino delivered to your door. But it might come just in time for the next best thing: iced coffee season. And when the air conditioner is just not enough, nothing sounds better than that.
