Ingredients:
1 thick slice of orange peel
2 ounces rum
Directions:
Take orange peel and squeeze with fingers into a glass tumbler. Rub peel around inside of glass and then place in glass. Add rum and stir about 10 seconds before serving.

Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce dry vermouth
Directions:
Shake vodka and vermouth together in cocktail shaker with several ice cubes. Strain into cocktail glass and serve.
