Most praise God and believe they serve in a righteous way, but nothing could be further from the truth. The reality is that few know that there is only the Spirit of the Universe, which is the greatest and only Creator and divine entity. It can speak to us but only through those who have an ear and mind to receive the messages. It condemns and it punishes but most are too blind and too deaf to understand.
The world worships thousands of false gods, idols, statues, and natural occurrences and they pray to things which cannot hear and have no power. A lump of plaster is ugly and not something one would pray to normally. But change its shape, give it a beautiful face and clothes and it is suddenly a god. It becomes worthy of a festival and even food offerings. It draws crowds to worship it.
In some religions such icons are paraded around on the shoulders of men and people strew flowers in its path and rush out to gather together in worship. This is the noise that has deafened them to the spiritual contact they could have. It is the darkness that has blinded them so that the light of the spirit is extinguished.
Mostly people are anti-spirit. They don't believe in the prophecies left for us in the Old Testament. They prefer the newer concepts of things like a Trinity of three parts. That is something not many can even get their head around. Those who teach of it claim that they are separate beings but still one god. They have only one name for it although they pray to them as individuals. This is an example of how far removed from reality such people have become.
The dark mountains were built by religious leaders and they have been added to over the centuries until they elevated deserts of sand dunes where no water can fall. Spirit is called water in the OT and without it the people are parched and not protected. Jeremiah 14:3-6 explains this and I was given a vision of the ground as parched as in a drought. To the left was a massive wall and behind it a large body of water.
Suddenly the wall developed a crack and then it broke and out poured the flood over the dry ground and green shoots appeared. This is because bit by bit the people of the Spirit are awakening to the knowledge that there is a God that is recalling those who can hear and are not too blind that they cannot see the light that is coming upon the earth. It is bringing power, healing and peace to its own.
Meanwhile those not of the Spirit are being turned away and punished for their evil. They are suffering diseases, loss of family, natural disasters and behind it all is death. The spiritual are the ones who will inherit the earth because they have been promised it from the beginning as the House of Israel. That is the will of God.
People ask everyday the same questions about why humans suffer. The answer is in the plan of God which reveals the big picture.
