Ingredients

1/2 tsp garam masala powder
3-4 tbsp milk
1 pinch saffron (zafran)
5 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1-2 lemons
1 tsp salt
1 tomato
1 onion
1 tsp zeera powder roasted)

1/2 tsp garam masala powder
3-4 tbsp milk
1 pinch saffron (zafran)
5 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1-2 lemons
1 tsp salt
1 tomato
1 onion
Instructions
Wash chicken then mark
some cuts on it.
Mix all the ingredients (except milk and saffron) make a paste of them after that put that paste in chicken and marinate it for at least 1/2 hr take a large pan
Put chicken in it
Cover it
Then cook it till then chicken tenders n its water dries.
When chicken is cooked then take it out n in the last deep fry the chicken or just bake it for sometime to get the brown color like chargha.
Last but not the least mix saffron n milk
Sprinkle it on the hot chicken
Cut tomato n onion in ring shape for garnishing of chicken serve it with chill raita.
