Pomfret 2
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Yogurt 3/4 cup
Egg 1
Caraway seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Gram flour 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Butter 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Yogurt 3/4 cup
Egg 1
Caraway seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Gram flour 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Butter 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Gut & Wash the
pomfrets.Make incisions on both sides and rub in salt and lemon juice.
Set aside for twenty minutes.
Grind ginger & garlic to a fine paste.
Mix rest of the ingredients except butter.
Rub the mixture over the fish and leave to marinate for about one hour in the refrigerator.
Thread each pamphlet on a skewer and cook it in moderate hot tandoor for about eight to ten minutes.
Baste with butter and cook for another three minutes.
Serve hot with lemon wedges
