Ingredients
Fish 1/2 kg
Chicken Stock 1/4 cup
Ghee 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Green Onion 2
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Ginger 5-6 pieces
Salt To taste
Corn flour 2 tbsp

Instructions
Mix onion, ginger,
garlic, Soya sauce, salt sugar and marinate in fish for 1/2 hour.
Heat ghee in frying pan and fry fish.
When the fish turns almond in color, keep it aside.
Take the marinated juices, chicken stock, 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, cornflower in a pan, cook for 1 minute then add fish in it.
Cook till the sauce evaporates.
Fry green onions in a little oil.
Give smoke to fish with the help of coal.
Garnish and serve with green onions.
