Ingredients
Batairs 10
Red Chili Powder 3 tbsp
Chat Masala 2 1/2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Chinese Salt 1 tbsp
white Pepper 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Yoghurt 1/2 kg
Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Cornflower 1 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Eggs 6
Food Colour(red)1 gm
Water 2-3 cups
Oil As required
Lemon Juice 1 large
Red Chili Powder 3 tbsp
Chat Masala 2 1/2 tbsp

Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Yoghurt 1/2 kg
Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Cornflower 1 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Eggs 6
Food Colour(red)1 gm
Water 2-3 cups
Oil As required
Lemon Juice 1 large
Instructions
First
clean the batairs and wash with water.
Take a container, add bataris and mix chat masala, red chili powder, garlic, yoghurt, lemon, cumin, garam masala, white pepper, salt and Chinese slat and mix well and leave overnight in cold storage.
Take cornflower, Maida, eggs, water and food color, make a batter, dip batairs in this mixture.
Put a frying pan on medium flame, heat oil.
When oil is medium hot, put batairs in it and fry very slowly for 5-8 minutes till turn golden.
Ready to serve.
