13-Year-Old Girl Gets Horrific Misspelled Neck Tattoo From Illegal Tattoo Artist

And he cleaned it with whiskey.

Rowsell reportedly invited the girl over after the two spoke on Facebook and proceeded to clean the area with whiskey, tattooed the word "belleve" (not a word) instead of the correct spelling "believe" on her neck, and then charged her 20 pounds for this awesome service. Not surprisingly, it looked like garbage.
The unnamed girl underwent HIV and hepatitis testing, and fortunately tested negative for both. Still, she reportedly has to wear her hair down to cover up the horrible mess of a tattoo.
Rowsell has admitted to all charges against him, including tattooing a child, bodily harm, and tattooing on unlicensed premises, and is set to face eight months in jail, serve 120 hours of community service, and pay the poor girl 300 pounds.
It's a small price to pay for what can only be seen as a gross abuse of power that you also have to cover up with hair.
