Learn how to spot even the sneakiest symptoms
By Karen Asp

One thing you two do have in common:
Both men and women need to act fast. With
heart attacks and strokes, recognizing symptoms and calling 911 will
ensure that you receive the best care quickly, increasing your chance of
a strong recovery. For high blood pressure, talk to your MD about a
plan to combat the issue early and avoid problems down the road.
CALLING ALL MOMS

to any pregnancy complications you had (like preeclampsia or high blood
pressure). These issues may elevate your risk of hypertension later in
life.
