Ingredients
Fish Surmai 1 kg,
boneless fillets
Red chilies 1 tbsp, crushed
Cumin seeds 1 tsp, roasted and powdered
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Lemons 4
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp

Instructions
Sprinkle
white vinegar on fish, leave for 10 minutes and wash.Mix all ingredients except oil and marinate fish for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Thread on skewers and cook on hot coals.
Apply a little oil with brush and squeeze lemon juice on fish.
Serve with tamarind chutney.
